Ms. Currin has been heavily and continuously involved in the development of affordable housing utilizing low-income housing tax credits and multi-layered governmental and private equity and debt financing since the early 1990s. She has also provided counsel to developers and investors involved in rehabilitating historic structures using federal and state historic tax credits during that time.
